Pick-Up Policy
MyPiñata does not offer shipping at this time. All orders must be collected in person. Please review the following Pick-Up Policy before placing your order.
1. Pick-Up Location
All piñata orders are available exclusively for pick-up at:
Tram Station “Waltikon”
Zumikon, Switzerland
This is a public meeting point; MyPiñata does not operate a physical storefront at this location.
2. Scheduling Your Pick-Up
Pick-up times must be arranged individually with MyPiñata.
To schedule your pick-up, please email:
You will receive a confirmation with the agreed date and time once your piñata is ready.
3. Pick-Up Timeframe
- You will be notified by email when your order is complete.
- Pick-up should occur within 7 days of receiving your ready-for-pick-up notification unless otherwise agreed.
- If you need a different timeframe, please discuss it with us in advance.
4. Missed or Late Pick-Up
If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible.
MyPiñata reserves the right to:
- Request rescheduling to the next available time
- Charge a small holding fee for delays exceeding 7 days
- Cancel the order without refund if the item is not collected within a reasonable period and no communication is made
5. Verification at Pick-Up
For security and accuracy:
- You may be asked to provide your order confirmation or name
- Please check your piñata before leaving; once collected, MyPiñata is not responsible for damage occurring after pick-up
6. Weather Considerations
Pick-up occurs at an outdoor location. In cases of poor weather, an alternate nearby sheltered meeting point may be suggested via email.
