1. Orders & Customization

When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete design details, images, or references.
Once design work has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
MyPiñata reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that includes offensive, copyrighted, or restricted content.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CHF and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise noted.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Production & Delivery

Production times vary based on the complexity of the design and order volume. Estimated timelines during checkout provide guidance on the minimum lead times.
Shipping is not offered at the moment. Orders bind to a local pick-up.
MyPiñata is not responsible for delays caused circumstances outside our control.
Coordination of the pick-up must take place after order and a minimum of 2 days before the handover.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
Cancellations may be accepted only before production begins. Once work starts, no refunds will be issued.
If an item arrives damaged due to manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate the issue.

5. Use of Images for Promotion

By placing a custom order, you grant MyPiñata the right to photograph and share your piñata design on our website, social media, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, templates, and content created by MyPiñata remain our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute MyPiñata designs without written permission.
If you submit reference images or design ideas, you represent that you have the rights or permission to use them.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Piñatas are creative party items, but must be used responsibly.
MyPiñata products are not toys and may contain small parts not suitable for young children.
MyPiñata is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MyPiñata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

9. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect only necessary information to process your order. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of canton Zurich.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
